A: No, you deal directly with the owner and pay zero brokerage.

A: Currently, we offer only boys' PG rooms.

Q: Do I have to pay electricity and gas bills separately?
A: No, all utility charges are included in the monthly fee.

Q: Is there a security deposit?
A: Yes, a refundable security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ monthly fee is required.

Q: Is AC maintenance done regularly?
A: Yes, AC servicing is carried out every 3 months.

Q: What other facilities are provided?
A: The PG includes a common kitchen equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, washing machine, and basic utensils.

Q: What about washrooms?
A: There are 2 washrooms in the PG, each shared by only 3 PGs. Every washroom is equipped with a western-style commode, jet spray, bidet, shower, hand shower, washbasin, mirror, and instant geyser.

Q: How much are the legal fees and what do they include?
A: Legal fees are approximately ₹600 (may vary by ₹100–₹200), and include the rental agreement and police verification.

Q: Are there any timing restrictions?
A: No, there are no fixed timing restrictions. However, PGs are expected to maintain decorum and not disturb neighbors or other PG residents.

Q: Is non-vegetarian food allowed?
A: Yes, non-vegetarian food is allowed. If cooking in the common kitchen, please ensure cleanliness is maintained.
