Maintain cordial relations with co-occupants

Respect and provide privacy and personal space to other PGs to maintain healthy co-living
No consumption of alcohol, drugs, and no smoking
No opposite gender guests or overnight guests allowed
No pets allowed
Avoid loud music or noise that may disturb other PGs or residents of the building
No verbal or physical misconduct; any such act leads to immediate termination
Avoid discussing religion or politics to prevent disagreements or conflicts
If the Licensee or other PGs have different dietary preferences (due to religious, personal, or health reasons), they must ensure others are not inconvenienced by it in shared spaces
Common electronic appliances such as washing machine, fridge, microwave, gas stove, smart TV, and Wi-Fi shall be used respectfully and cooperatively with other PGs
If the Licensee has opted for an AC twin-sharing room, they shall mutually agree with the co-occupant on the room temperature settings and shall ensure that usage does not cause inconvenience to either party
Any damage caused to property, fixtures, or appliances by the Licensee shall be borne by them
Maintain hygiene in personal and common areas to ensure a pleasant environment for all
Do not leave personal belongings in common areas to avoid inconvenience to others
Switch off lights, fans, ACs, and appliances when not in use to save electricity and avoid wastage
Dispose of waste properly as per building norms
Ensure doors and main gates are locked properly when entering or exiting for the safety of all occupants
Inform the Licensor in advance if planning to vacate, as per notice period terms in the agreement
