A: Currently, we offer only boys' PG rooms. We plan on offering a separate PG Premises for girls only with similar amenities and pricing structure soon.

A: No, all utility charges are included in the monthly fee.

Q: Is there a security deposit?
A: Yes, a refundable security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ monthly fee is required.

Q: Is AC maintenance done regularly?
A: Yes, AC servicing is carried out every 3 months.

Q: What other facilities are provided?
A: The PG includes a common kitchen equipped with a fridge, piped natural gas, gas stove, microwave, water purifier, washing machine, and basic utensils.

Q: What about washrooms?
A: There are 2 washrooms in the PG, each shared by only 3 PGs. Every washroom is equipped with a western-style commode, jet spray, bidet, shower, hand shower, washbasin, mirror, and instant geyser.

A: Legal fees are approximately ₹600 (may vary by ₹100–₹200), and include the PG Leave & License Agreement and Police Verification.
